Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-22
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of SyntaxPath at syntaxpath.com and any product or service we sell from it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Marshal Solutions FZ-LLC, a free-zone limited liability company registered at Marshal Solutions FZ-LLC, VUPR0628 Compass building - Al Hulaila, AL Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service or buying anything from us you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, and paying customer of the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you personally and the organisation. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, by an in-product notice or email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly sell to or collect personal data from minors.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Sign-in is passwordless. You can create an account by signing in with Google, GitHub, or by requesting a one-time email code. You are responsible for keeping access to the email or third-party account you used to sign in - anyone with access to that inbox or OAuth account can sign in as you.
We don't store passwords and we can't reset them - recovery happens through your underlying email or OAuth provider. If you lose access to all of them, contact support@syntaxpath.com and we'll help you re-link a purchase to a new account once we can verify ownership.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@syntaxpath.com. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund window described in §6.
4. What we sell
Everything we sell is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no free trials. The current product surface is:
- Free YouTube tutorials (/free-tutorials) - the videos themselves are free. Some tutorials offer paid access to a private GitHub repository containing the source code for that build. Repository access is governed by §8.
- SyntaxKit - SaaS Starter Kit (/saas-starter-kit) - a commercial source-code product sold under a separate license. Use of the Kit is governed by the License, which forms part of these Terms when you purchase the Kit. The license tiers (Solo, Studio, Agency) and the seat counts attached to each tier are described on the pricing section of the SaaS Kit page.
- AI Web Dev Course (/ai-web-dev-course) - currently a waitlist. When the course launches it will be sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the released modules and any future updates we ship to them.
Joining the AI Web Dev Course waitlist means you give us your email so we can contact you when the course launches and, where you've consented, send you related product updates. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@syntaxpath.com.
5. Payments
Prices are shown on the relevant product page in the currency indicated (default: USD). We process payments through Stripe and PayPal. We do not see, store, or process your card or bank details - that data goes directly to the payment processor under their own terms and privacy policies.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where we are required to collect VAT or sales tax, it will be shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, or a breach of these Terms - in which case any amount charged will be refunded in full.
6. Refunds - 30 days, no questions asked
Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back refund. If anything we sell isn't a fit for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email support@syntaxpath.com with your order id and we'll refund you in full and revoke any access tied to that order. After the refund window the sale is final.
Refunds are issued through the original payment processor. Once we've issued the refund on our end, the time it takes to land back on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer (typically 3-10 business days).
7. No subscriptions, no auto-renewal, no free trial
We do not offer subscription products at this time. Nothing you buy from us renews automatically, and we will never charge your payment method on a recurring basis without you initiating a new purchase. If we ever introduce a subscription product, the auto-renewal terms will be presented at checkout and you'll have to actively opt in.
8. Repository access via GitHub
Some of our products grant access to one or more private GitHub repositories (paid tutorials, the SaaS Starter Kit, and - in the future - the AI Web Dev Course modules). To grant access we send a collaborator invitation to the GitHub username you provide at checkout, using the public GitHub REST API.
You are responsible for accepting the invitation in GitHub and for the security of your GitHub account. Sharing repository access beyond the seat count permitted by the relevant License tier is a breach of these Terms and may result in revocation of access without refund.
If you change your GitHub username, email support@syntaxpath.com and we'll reissue the invitation. We can't recover access if your GitHub account is permanently deleted.
9. License grant for the SaaS Starter Kit
Use of the SaaS Starter Kit is governed by the License, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference when you purchase the Kit. The License describes what each tier allows (per-developer seat counts, client work, white-labelling), what is prohibited (resale of the Kit itself, public source mirrors, sharing across seats), and how the 30-day refund interacts with repository access.
10. User content and feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports - whether through email, Discord, GitHub issues, or any in-product channel - you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to you. Don't share confidential or proprietary information of yours or anyone else's in feedback.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export controls and sanctions.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Kit, the course content, or paid tutorial source code in violation of the License.
- Mirror our content (whole or in substantial part) into public repositories, paste-bins, AI training datasets, or competing courses or starter kits.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically extract content from the Service except as expressly permitted by /robots.txt.
- Interfere with the Service's operation - including denial-of- service attacks, abusing the auth or payments flow, or attempting to bypass rate limits.
- Impersonate another person, company, or SyntaxPath itself.
12. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content and Content delivered under the License) - including the website, marketing copy, course videos, illustrations, and brand - are and remain the property of Marshal Solutions FZ-LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our marks and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.
13. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@syntaxpath.com with the subject line "Copyright complaint" and include: (a) your contact details, (b) a description of the work you believe is infringed, (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, and (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. We will review and respond promptly.
14. Disclaimer of warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for your use case.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marshal Solutions FZ-LLC and its officers, directors, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and (ii) USD 100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions; in that case the exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by local law.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or the License, or if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 10–15 and 17 survive termination.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, where Marshal Solutions FZ-LLC is registered (Marshal Solutions FZ-LLC, VUPR0628 Compass building - Al Hulaila, AL Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates). If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply to the extent they grant you stronger rights.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page and, where you have an account, communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Contact
